How SIRF handles the personal data you send through the English version of the SIRF Directory form.
The binding text is our data processing policy in Spanish, atsirfsociedad.org/privacidad/. If this notice and the Spanish policy differ, the Spanish policy prevails.

What we collect
Your name, email, WhatsApp number and specialty, your consent, and technical fields that show how you reached the form (campaign attribution fields and page language).
What we use it for
To provide access to the Antes de inyectar guide for download, to add you to the SIRF Directory list on INVIMA product registrations and safety alerts, and to inform you about SIRF activities. Form submissions are stored by our website provider, Netlify.

Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can access, update and correct your data; ask for proof of your consent; ask how your data has been used; request withdrawal of your consent or deletion of your data, subject to the conditions in Section 9 of the Spanish policy; and file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. To exercise these rights, write to info@sirfsociedad.org. Response times, including the conditions for extensions, are set out in Section 14 of the Spanish policy.
